American Irish Pioneers Foundation records
The letters in this collection, written by clergymen, citizens, and officials, are addressed to Mary Cavanagh, a representative of the Committee of Catholic Irish-Americans, who was sent to Dublin in 1929 to learn about the socioeconomic conditions in the city and to report on the prospects of establishing a neighborhood house there. The letters describe the need for social services and the project's approval.
MacSwiney Club records
